1. How do I order water?

Login with your existing username and password or sign up on our website if you do not have an account. You may then order our products by navigating our products and adding them to your cart. If you still want to order the traditional way, please call us on 21472271 and follow the automated instructions or send an email to [email protected].


2. If I order water today when will the water arrive?

Please click here to go to our delivery schedule where you can see on what day of the week we deliver to your locality. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.


3.What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?

We will post a note with the time we tried to deliver your order. If you still want us to deliver your order when our delivery people return to your locality, please place another order through our website www.aquaniwater.com or you can give us a call on 21472271 or send us an email on [email protected].


4. How do I pay you?

We highly recommend paying online by credit/debit card once you place the order. 

We also accept internet banking payments via the 24x7 facility of BOV. Bills may also be settled with the delivery man or by sending a cheque payable to Nibe Beverages Ltd. and posted to NIBE Beverages Ltd., SUB 003X, Industrial Estate, San Gwann, SGN 3000.

All you have to do next is send us the amount you would like and we will receive it immediately. *It’s important to use the invoice number as reference.


5. What do I do if I do not get through to you over the phone?

Please send an email to [email protected] or leave us a message on our answering machine 21472271 and we will get back to you.


6. What if I live on the 5th floor in a block of apartments?

We will deliver your water to whichever floor you live in.


7. Can I come and collect the water from somewhere?

You may come to our premises at SUB 003X, Industrial Estate, San Gwann SGN 3000 from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30.


8. Can I own more than one dispenser at home?

Of course. You may have a dispenser in every room of the house! Please visit our equipment section https://aquaniwater.com/products to see the various models available.


9. Is there a deposit on the bottles?

Yes, there is a refundable deposit of €9.30 on each bottle retained at your premises.


10. Do I keep any broken bottles?

Yes, please. Kindly keep and mark any broken bottle delivered. We will replace this free of charge during our next delivery.


11. How do I clean the dispenser?

Besides the normal cleaning that you may undertake, we recommend that you sanitize your dispenser once a year. Our trained staff can do this in 20 minutes at your premises, with specifically designed and safe cleaning products. The cost of this service is €30.00 per dispenser and an additional €10.00 per dispenser found on the same premises and cleaned on the same day and time.


12. I have a problem with my bill?

13. Dispensers Troubleshooting
The following problems do not always indicate a hardware failure. Therefore, please use the troubleshooting guide below before calling for repair service.

  2. Plug the power cord. Switch on the heating switch.
  3. Wait for 2 hours when first refrigerating.
The noise is serious.Water dispenser has not been set levelly.Set the unit levelly.
Electrical leakage.The grouding is not very well.Three-hole wall outlet and protector of electrical leakage are required.
Water leakingBottle broken.Change a new bottle.
